She isn’t just processing paperwork—she cares about seeing me return to a rebuilt home that is strong and safe, and as soon as possible. Knowing she’s in my corner has cut down the stress considerably. Everyone else in the office has been pleasant, but Kim is the standout. Recently, I found out that a colleague of mine went through a very similar ordeal last year when a massive oak fell on her house, albeit in a neighboring town, and Kim helped her as well.
