"A few months ago our camper was in an accident and deemed a total loss. I'm visually impaired and my boyfriend is illiterate. Kelly and Kim went above and beyond to help us from start to finish making sure we were well taken care of. It took almost 2 months for State Farm to finalize our loss because we could not find a mechanic to write an estimate. Kelly made several calls and finally got State Farm to send an adjuster out to us. We are so thankful to ladies in the office. State Farm may not be on our side but Kelly and Kim sure are!"

"We have always been with USAA insurance because the rates are always the lowest. When we renewed this year the new rate was going to be a thousand dollars more than what we payed the previous year. We had Mike Douglas quote our house and an auto and they were able to save us this thousand dollars a year and we have more coverage on our home and the auto. In today’s crazy times this was very much appreciated."

"I filed a claim and have asked to speak to Mike for over three weeks now. Every time I call I am told that he is not in or that he is rarely in. I asked multiple times for a return phone call from him to discuss my claim. I have yet to receive a phone call from my agent of over 20 years. You would think that as must premium as he has taken in, he would be willing to give me a call; instead, he avoids it. I was told he was on vacation, and when he returned, he would call me. I called back to the office and was told he would be back because again, I did not receive a call. I was even told by an employee in his office that he had been in that week. When I was transferred to the receptionist, she lied and said he had still not returned from vacation. I will definitely be moving my business. If he doesnt care about his clients, he should be out of business."

"Agent at this branch submitted a quote for a policy without any consent, then we received 8 days notice that our policy was being cancelled after wed already accepted what had happened. Won't use this branch again and will be reporting agent to Dept of Insurance."

"As a longtime customer of State Farm for over a decade, I'm utterly disappointed with their recent handling of my insurance claim. Despite faithfully paying premiums for years without ever filing a claim, when I finally needed their support due to legitimate damage to my roof, they flat out denied it. Their excuse? They conveniently claimed ignorance about the cause of the damage, boldly asserting it wasn't hail, despite evidence suggesting otherwise. After a decade of loyalty, I expected better treatment and fair assessment of my claim. State Farm's denial without proper investigation or consideration is not only unacceptable but also showcases a lack of commitment to their customers' well-being. I'll be looking for a new insurance provider, one that values its clients and honors their policies. Avoid State Farm if you value honesty and integrity in your insurance provider."

"My bank card was changed last money due to someone trying to make a fraudulent transaction. I went into the State Farm Office and gave them the correct card. The CS representative took the information, changed everything over, and said I was all set. This month, I noticed my automatic payment for my insurance hasn't been taken out. I called them and the CS representative tried to tell me that my card was declined due to insufficient funds. I told her no, I have money in my account. This went on for five to ten minutes. Finally, I asked her to give me the last four numbers of my card info. She called out the previous card, the one that had been cancelled the month prior. Imagine that, the other representative didn't do what she said. So they didn't have my new card (the one I personally took by the office and gave them a copy of in person), but still had the old card information on my account. To say I was furious was an understatement! Anyways, I had to go back to their office to give them another copy of my card and resign another agreement form for my insurance payments to come out of my account automatically. But rest assured I made it very clear, if this happens again I would drop them! I don't give people my hard earned money to be useless and incompetent."

"The professional experience I received was amazing. After a car accident that totaled my car this office was extremely helpful. Every question I had was the answered thoroughly and quickly. They made the process of Closing out my claim incredibly easy and smooth. I did not have any problems dealing with StateFarm because of the help that I received at the office.
